Love these sweet, little bluebird macarons with chocolate ganache filling. I made a few red ones too with some leftover batter from another batch. It would be cool to make a whole rainbow of birds in every color for a kid's birthday party or baby shower.

How do you shape it and will make with the same size?

For all of my macarons that are shaped, I make templates of the shapes on the computer and print them out on 11x17 sheets of paper. You have to pipe macaron batter onto parchment paper anyway, so I just put the template sheets under the parchment and use it as my guide.
